Christmas Closure Information - December 2024
Power Discount will be closed for the festive break between 12 noon on the 24th December Chrismas Eve, until Thursday the 2nd January 2025 at 8AM.
Orders can still be placed and will be processed throughout. We will be despatching all orders as usual if placed before 12 noon on Monday the 23rd December 2024, this will be the last day of despatching and orders should then arrive between Christmas and New year.
Any orders placed after 12 noon on Monday the 23rd December 2024 will be processed, however not despatched until the 31st December or the 2nd January. We are aiming to have a collection on Tuesday the 31st December which will hopefully clear most orders placed over the festive period. Anything despatched on the 31st should be delivered on the 1st/2nd January.
During this time our phone lines will be closed, the voicemail and email services will be active but it may take us longer than usual to come back to you as we catch up on our return.
Our cutomer service will be open responding to voicemails and emails on the following dates/times;
- Tuesday 24th December 8am - 12 Noon
- Wednesday 25th December through Sunday 29th December - CLOSED
- Monday 30th December 8am - 12 Noon
- Tuesday 31st December 8am - 12 Noon
- Wednesday 1st January - CLOSED
Normal service will be fully resumed as of Thursday the 2nd January 2025!
