Delivery -

We've made the decision to switch to DPD to handle all our typical consignments, we've found their service levels and tracking options to be far superior to other couriers.

As a result it has affected the price for economy delivery that we can offer seeing a small hike to cover the rise in cost but we consider this an acceptable increase considering the upgrade to service levels!

Free Delivery to the UK Mainland on all orders placed over the value of £75ex VAT (excludes any oversize/large consignment delivery costs)

Free Delivery to the UK Mainland on all large/overside orders placed over the value of £250ex VAT

To ensure a next day delivery, orders must be placed before mid-day. We operate from Monday to Friday, and orders placed Friday afternoon will be processed the following Monday. Orders dispatched on Friday via Next day delivery will be delivered the next working day (Monday).

All orders are typically despatched the same day - excluding Saturday and Sunday - and usually arrive 2 - 4 days after despatch.

Standard UK Mainland Delivery

For delivery to Mainland UK, there is the option of Standard Delivery or Next Day Delivery. Standard delivery is a DPD Economy Service 2-4 working day service and carries a £6.50 including VAT charge. Next Day Delivery is a 1-2 working day service for those wanting a quicker delivery and the charge is £7.50 including VAT. We do ask that you supply a telephone number if you choose this option which will be passed onto the carrier.

Please note, for certain areas of the UK there is sometimes a surcharge from Parcelforce/DPD, the correct service to your area should be available at the checkout with their details noted below. If there is any issue with the delivery service/destination with your order we will endeavour to make contact with you as swiftly as possible to discuss the options.

Please note that any order placed after mid-day may not get processed until the following working day.

Specific Delivery Details:

Please be aware that we reserve the right to request additional postage in the rare event that the weight and destination of the order far exceeds expected delivery costs. We may also cancel an order if the additional cost cannot be met, or if the buyer requests cancellation.

All products that are over 1.5mtrs in length including ducting are subject to a £27.50 delivery charge to cover the Parcelforce large service which is unfortunately only available on a 48 hour working day service.

Delonghi Pinguino Air Conditioning Units

Due to the size/weight of these units we are forced to use an oversize consignment delivery service available with DPD freight. This is typically a 1-2 working day tracked service. We do ask for a day to prepare the units for freight so we usually find that your air conditioner will be delivered within 1-2 working days from ordering which allows for any influx of orders or delay in despatch.

DPD Scottish Highlands & Islands - £14.95

Sadly, couriers charge a surcharge for all consignments going to the following postcodes. We do only charge what they cost to ourselves however we are continually trying to negotiate better contracts with couriers. Carrier typically takes 3-4 days.

Postcodes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50

DPD Northern Ireland - £13.95

Sadly, couriers charge a surcharge for all consignments going to the following island postcodes. We do only charge what they cost to ourselves however we are continually trying to negotiate better contracts with couriers. Carrier typically takes 2-3 days however this can fluctuate depending on the freight route taken, please ensure to supply a telephone number for the carrier as this is required for international shipping.

DPD Channel Islands - £19.95

Postcodes: JE, GY

Please note; failure to supply the correct delivery option will result in delay to your order. To ensure deliveries are not held up unnecessarily, please choose the correct delivery zone for the area in which the item is being delivered to, thank you.

Although the delivery methods we use usually result in fast transit times, on occasion items go missing in the post which is out of our control. If you do not receive your order please notify us as soon as possible, and we will do all we can to rectify the issue.

Every effort is made to ensure items are in stock, but please understand that on occasion an item can be out of stock even if available for purchase. In this instance there may be a slight delay, if you have an urgent requirement please check stock before ordering.

Missing Items:

If for any reason items are missing from your order this must be reported to us within 30 working days from the day of delivery shown by the tracking information. This threshold is within the law and allows for adequate time to investigate the stock movement and CCTV in the warehouse to confirm what or how was packed into that consignment.

We have 14 working days with couriers to report any mis-delivery or loss of parcels. After this point we can no longer raise a claim against couriers so please keep an eye on your tracking details.
