Kewtech certificate sheets are clearly laid out and easy to complete allowing for full certification of all work carried out in compliance to BS7671. Each pad contains carbon copies for customer and contractor use.

New Installations require two books:
TC1, The installation certificate plus the test results TC5, for up to 12 Ways, or TC6 for greater than 12 ways.
Existing installations require three books:
TC3, The Condition Report (formerly the Periodic Inspection) plus the schedule of inspections TC4, for up to 100A supply, or TC8 for greater than 100A supply plus the test results TC5, for up to 12 Ways or TC6, for greater than 12 ways. An optional TC7 is available for addition observations. TC2 covers Minor works in a single book.
