🔁 General Returns Policy
You may return goods within 30 days of receiving them for the following reasons:

The item is faulty or damaged

You received the wrong item

Parts are missing

You’ve changed your mind (within 14 days)
Please note: Returns do not apply to goods made to order or customised to your specifications.
📝 How to Return an Item
All returns must include a Returns Form with the following details:

Your name and original order number

The reason for return
-
Whether you would like a refund or an exchange
Please email us for a copy of the returns form and we will email through a printable PDF copy for you.
Please note: We can only exchange items like-for-like. If the exchange differs in price, a new order will need to be placed.
🔧 Faulty Items
If your item is faulty within 30 days of delivery, please contact us at contact@powerdiscount.co.uk or call 02380 201948.

We will arrange free return shipping via Royal Mail or DHL, depending on item size.

If a replacement is required urgently, we recommend re-purchasing while the original is returned for inspection (typically 10–14 days).

Once a fault is confirmed, you’ll receive a full refund, including original postage.
🚚 Damaged Items
If your order arrives visibly damaged:

Refuse the delivery or sign for it as damaged.
If the damage is only noticed after delivery:

Clear photos of the damage

We’ll assess the case and arrange a replacement or collection where necessary. Some cases may require a new order pending further investigation.
🔄 Change of Mind / Non-Faulty Returns
If you’ve changed your mind, you can return items up to 14 days from receipt.
Important:

Returns must be approved in advance and assigned a Returns Number.

Items must be returned within 10 working days of approval.

You are responsible for return postage costs and safe delivery.

Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and components.

Any item returned without approval or missing parts may be rejected or incur a deduction (up to 50%) from the refund.
Please ensure items are securely packaged and sent via a tracked, signed-for service. We cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.
🔒 Special Order & Custom Products
Products cut to length (e.g., cable) or made-to-order (e.g., Hamilton Hartland ranges) cannot be returned, except if faulty.
Special products include:

All Hamilton Hartland custom ranges (All Linea ranges, All CFX ranges, All Sheer Ranges, All Cheriton Ranges, All Woods Ranges, All Bloomsbury Ranges)

We may, at our discretion, accept a return with a restocking or handling fee. Contact us within 14 days of receipt to discuss your case.
💳 Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days of confirmation that you're entitled to a refund.
